There's decks on the front and rear of the unit - perfect places to entertain with family and friends. There's a washer/dryer as well as a fully enclosed outside shower off the rear deck. The half bath is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom with a king bed and gorgeous ocean views from the private deck! The other two bedrooms with double/single bunk beds are separated by an accordion door. There's also a full bath upstairs, which all three rooms have access to. This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot and 1 on-street Dewey parking permit. 
No smoking is permitted in or on the property. No pets are permitted in the property. No grilling on the decks at any time. You can grill in the parking lot if you bring a grill.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $217.50.
